eNamia takes mobile apps from idea to launch and growth. We shape the product, design the experience, build the app and back end, add useful AI features, and then work on ASO, organic content and paid acquisition. We work across many fields: self-development, lifestyle, productivity, consumer tools and more.
We are looking for a Business Development Intern who will work with clients from the first conversation to a successful app on the market. You will brainstorm with a client to find an app idea that suits them, fits their business and answers a real market need. Then you will analyse the opportunity, map competitors, spot gaps and help turn that into a clear product and go-to-market strategy. This is not a cold-outreach factory. You will think with the client and the team, and follow the work from concept through launch and early growth.
What you will do
- Brainstorm with clients to find app ideas that fit their business, audience and market.
- Analyse markets, competitors and user needs to spot real opportunities and risks.
- Help define the product direction: who it is for, what problem it solves and why it can win.
- Support discovery sessions, capture requirements and turn them into a clear brief for design and engineering.
- Help shape a go-to-market strategy covering positioning, monetisation, ASO, organic content and paid acquisition.
- Prepare competitor reviews, opportunity analyses, proposals and simple pitch material.
- Follow projects from early ideas through build, launch and the first growth loops, staying close to what works and what does not.
Who we are looking for
- You communicate clearly in English. Dutch or French is a strong advantage.
- You are genuinely interested in mobile apps, consumer products, AI and how digital products make money.
- You enjoy thinking with people: brainstorming ideas, challenging assumptions and finding the angle that actually fits.
- You notice why one app is useful, confusing or easier to sell than another.
- You can research independently and turn scattered information into a useful point of view.
- You are organised, follow through and ask questions when something is unclear.
- You do not need to code or have previous agency experience, but you do need initiative and attention to detail.
What you will get
- Direct coaching from the team on client discovery, opportunity analysis, strategy and proposals.
- Real responsibility on live client projects, with support when you need it.
- A close look at how apps are researched, scoped, priced, designed, built, launched and grown.
- Exposure to app monetisation, subscriptions, ASO, organic content and paid acquisition, not only the sales side.
- A small, multidisciplinary team where your work is visible and your ideas can be tested quickly.
- A hybrid setup based around our Brussels studio, arranged around your internship and study requirements.
How to apply
Email your CV and a short introduction to contact@enamia.eu. Tell us why this role makes sense for you and pick one business or market you find interesting. In a few sentences, describe an app idea that could fit it, what opportunity you see and how you would approach getting it to market. We care more about a thoughtful answer than a formal cover letter.
