Quitte. is an AI product built for Belgian parking, GAS and traffic fines. Photograph a fine and it handles the rest: assessment, contestation and sending it to the issuing agency for you.

From photo to sent contestation

Reads the fine. The app extracts the authority, licence plate, amount, date and response deadline from an uploaded photo.
Checks Belgian rules. It evaluates whether the fine is contestable and identifies the strongest grounds for the user's situation.
Contests and sends. It produces an adapted contestation in French and Dutch, then sends it to the issuing agency without itsme, an eID reader or chasing paperwork.

What we designed and built

We created the product flow, multilingual interface and AI-assisted document workflow around one deliberately small user action: take a photo. The design keeps legal complexity behind a simple experience and makes deadlines, risk and next steps clear before anything is sent.

The current product covers Belgian parking authorities, municipal GAS/SAC fines and police fines.
